What You'll Do: Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring compliance with health standards, company policies, and safety regulations to create an exceptional customer experience Drive sales growth and profitability by managing food programs, analyzing financial data, controlling costs, and implementing innovative merchandising strategies Own inventory management and vendor relationships, ensuring 100% in-stock efficiency on top-selling items and accurate order fulfillment Build and develop a top-performing team through strategic recruiting, hands-on coaching, and creating a culture where team members excel and feel recognized Oversee food preparation, quality s
