SCRUM Master with IRS MBI Clearance

You'll apply your expertise to help design a custom Agile model and coach individuals through its adoption. Further, you'll also apply principles of change management, organizational design, and human capital consulting to affect that change. Responsibilities Include: Facilitate sprint planning, standups, story grooming, and fun retrospectives Help train newly minted Product Owners on Agile values, frameworks, and tools Help create sprint reviews & demos Facilitate writing of user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and other story elements Assist the product owner with story prioritization and backlog management Work towards increasing team velocity and sprint capacity Mentor/coach clients in Agile/Scrum best practices Requirements: 3+ years using Agile frameworks for IT projects and products Demonstrable
