Renewals Manager (Italian Speaker)

MongoDB is looking for a driven, results-oriented, and experienced Renewal Manager (Senior Individual Contributor) to join our Renewals Growth Organization in EMEA. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end commercial renewal lifecycle across two critical segments in the Italian market: high-velocity Enterprise Growth accounts and strategic Public Sector (PubSec) institutions. Success in this role requires a blend of commercial acumen, operational discipline, and domain expertise in public procurement. You will navigate complex Italian administrative and regulatory frameworks while acting as a trusted commercial advisor to ensure high retention, predictable forecasts, and long-term customer value. What You Will Be Doing As a Renewal Manager at MongoDB, you will own the renewal execution strategy across your assigned territory, driving high Gross Retention Rates (GRR) and closing Professional Services (PS).
