Fullstack Developer Java / Angular (m/f/d) – Mid-Level

Who we are: Rockstardevelopers, founded in 2015 in Mannheim, with additional offices in Stuttgart and Munich. We are a software developer with experience from hundreds of individual projects for enterprise and mid-market clients. Short communication channels, honest feedback, no political games. No hierarchy levels between you and the people who make decisions. Your responsibilities: You work on client projects at large companies and public sector clients, embedded in their teams. You take on your own features from the API to the UI, and experienced colleagues are available to support you. Fullstack development with Java/Spring Boot and Angular; Implementing, testing, and delivering features independently; Generating, reviewing, and refactoring code with Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor; Giving and receiving code reviews; Coordination with product owners, UX, and DevOps. Most people come to one of the offices one to two days a week. However, this is not mandatory. You are only on-site at the client for individual appointments every few weeks, mostly in Frankfurt am Main. Where you will end up: Depending on the project: large corporations like Deutsche Bahn / DB Systel, public sector and authorities, enterprise and mid-market clients from various industries. Our clients staff these projects almost exclusively with permanent employees. Therefore, we are looking for you for a permanent position. What you bring: At least three years of professional experience as a developer, counted after training/education.
