Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow. Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress. Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision. Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed. Help draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications. Maintain compliance systems like Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication.
