Description We are looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Backend Engineer to join our Customer Focus Group (CFG) . This is a unique, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of engineering, product, architecture, and customer engagement. As part of the CFG, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand technical challenges, translate customer needs into product improvements, and deliver scalable solutions that strengthen the company platform. The ideal candidate combines strong backend development expertise with a broad product mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge technical and commercial priorities. What You’ll Do: Work directly with customers to understand technical needs, challenges, and product gaps. Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, customer success, and management teams to ensure customer feedback is reflected in product development. Design, develop, and deliver backend features, integrations, and technical solutions that address customer needs. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across architecture, infrastructure, performance, and scalability. Gain a deep, holistic understanding of the OX platform and help connect customer use cases to product capabilities. Contribute to backend architecture decisions, API design, system design, and technical best practices. Support customer-facing technical discussions by providing deep product and engineering expertise. Hel
