Intune Specialist

For our client in Lucerne, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Intune Specialist. Your responsibilities: Support, operation, and further development of the existing Microsoft Intune environment for approximately 3,200 notebooks as well as future approx. 500 developer notebooks; support with knowledge building and know-how transfer within the team; support in the transformation from Citrix-based workplaces to modern convertible workplaces; analysis and troubleshooting of staging and deployment issues; application packaging as well as creation and maintenance of packaging guidelines and checklists; technical support for testers, pilot groups, and rollout waves; creation and evaluation of reports for security updates and application rollouts; configuration and further development of Intune policies, zero-trust concepts, Single Sign-On (SSO), VPN solutions, and startup scripts; management and optimization of endpoint management using Microsoft Intune; collaboration with internal departments and contacts; participation in an agile working environment.
