As an Associate, Broker Dealer Operations, you'll join the Coinbase Capital Markets team within Finance and help run the daily operational engine behind our U.S. equities brokerage experience. This team keeps customer accounts, trades, cash, positions, transfers, and corporate actions accurate, controlled, and scalable. You'll execute core broker-dealer workflows, investigate exceptions, and drive improvements that make the operation safer and more efficient for millions of customers. What you'll do: Execute daily trade, position, balance, and cash reconciliations between Coinbase and Apex records, investigating and resolving breaks with full documentation. Support customer account onboarding and maintenance workflows, including documentation review, status follow-up, and exception escalation.
