Job Title: Business Development Representative (Healthcare & Aesthetics) Position type: Part-Time (with full-time opportunity) Work hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time Work days: Monday to Friday Salary: $6 - $7 per hour Workplace: Remote Preferred Candidate Location: El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Venezuela, and Philippines Our client, a U.S.-based medical aesthetics practice, is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive patient engagement, convert inquiries into booked appointments, reactivate inactive leads, and close treatment package sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by measurable results. You'll play a key role in growing the practice by connecting with prospective and existing patients, following up on sales opportunities, and creating a welcoming, professional experience. The ideal candidate is a proven sales closer with strong appointment-setting skills, a warm and confident phone presence, and the persistence to turn leads into paying customers. Experience in medical spas, aesthetics, or healthcare is highly preferred, but strong sales professionals from other industries are welcome to apply . Spanish fluency is also highly preferred but not required. The position starts at 20 hours per week , with the goal of transitioning to full-time as the practice grows. You'll receive direct training, sales scripts, and guidance to help you succeed. Key Responsibil
