Business Immigration Paralegal

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The purpose of our Business Immigration Paralegal is to work under the close supervision of an Attorney and/or Case Manager, responsible for independently analyzing information and documents, while also preparing, reviewing, and compiling immigration petitions and applications for Attorney review and filing. The Business Immigration Paralegal will also handle straightforward client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status in a timely manner, while providing excellent client service. What you’ll do: Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided during document collection.
