Virtual Assistant - Group Product Manager (Consumer Fintech)

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in product management to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: Manage product initiatives and coordinate the delivery of improvements to existing subscription-based financial products; Improve the member experience across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and the member portal; Translate a deep understanding of subscription and underbanked consumers into product decisions; Own the member experience, including the continued evolution of our member portal; Identify opportunities to improve product performance, customer retention, and subscription revenue; Support product roadmap development and prioritization based on business goals, customer insights, and performance data; Lead and develop the Product Management team; Partner closely with Engineering on priorities, tradeoffs, and platform work; Lead implementation across internal teams and external partners; Work closely with Product/Project Management, Legal, Customer Service, Billing, Analytics, Remarketing, Sales, and Marketing teams; Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement; Make compliance-aware product deci
