Position Summary: The VP, Value Based Care Operations is responsible for turning USHP's value-based care strategy into consistent, measurable execution across every market and clinical practice. This role builds and leads the operating model, programs, and performance infrastructure that allow USHP's physician-led cardiovascular practices to succeed under risk-based and quality-linked arrangements, including care management, quality and risk adjustment, utilization and total cost of care management, and payer partnership operations. The VP partners closely with operational and division leadership to equip practices with the tools, data, workflows, and accountability needed to deliver on value-based targets.
