Data Center Mechanical Construction Program Manager- Technical MEP projects

We are currently seeking a "Data Center Mechanical Technical Program Manager " to oversee the design of Post Facility Ready mechanical system upgrades and retrofits. This will include building design teams from internal stakeholders and external partners/providers, facilitating the creation of a shared execution plan, and overseeing design services provided by an external design team in support of construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mission critical design and construction, as well as new product development and insertion. What you’ll do * Proactively identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria. Estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned and support those objectives within an organization. * Effectively monitor and communicate progress and risks. Propose mitigation plans, and align stakeholders on de-risking strategies. * Measure and publish program and process metrics to drive consensus in teams’ understanding of issues and to drive decision-making. * Seek out and apply relevant best practices from other processes and technologies. * Organize ambiguous projects into clear longer-term (6+ months) objectives. * Build effective program teams within and across an organization.
