Technical Product Manager & Designer

The role We're hiring a Technical Product Manager & Designer to shape how customers experience TrustLayer. Design is the heart of this role: you'll own the user experience end to end, from UX research and flows to high-fidelity UI, and pair it with the technical product judgment to get it built well. Our users are risk managers, AP teams, property managers and the vendors who upload documents to them. Many aren't software people. You'll turn complex compliance work — requirements, certificates, deficiencies, renewals — into screens that feel simple, then work side by side with engineering to ship them. This is a hands-on role for someone who designs in Figma in the morning and talks through an API contract with engineers in the afternoon. What you'll do Design (about 60% of the role) Own the end-to-end UX for core workflows: setting insurance requirements, reviewing certificates, resolving deficiencies and the vendor upload portal.
