About You We're looking for an Engineering Manager who loves to build — the team and the product. You'll be hands-on in the code and hands-on in growing the people around you, and you should be excited about both. You'll join a small, scrappy Product Development org that holds a high bar for engineering excellence and product quality. If we're not proud of it, we don't ship it. We treat product development as a team sport. Engineering, Product, and Design are equal partners here, and you'll work closely with your product and design counterparts to shape the what, the why, and the how of your team's roadmap. This isn't a role where the roadmap arrives finished and you staff it. Full-time, fully remote, US-based. How we work: We're fanatical about understanding our domain and our users.
