Sr. Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer , you’ll lead design from research through launch, helping turn complex church workflows into clear, connected experiences. You’ll partner with product managers and engineers, guide design decisions across products, and mentor fellow designers. Primary Responsibilities of the Role Own design work end-to-end from discovery through delivery, including user research, journey mapping, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI. Help define and shape the future of Tithely ’s unified platform by designing seamless, connected experiences across giving, church management, messaging, and web tools. Partner with product managers and engineers to understand problems, explore solutions, and make thoughtful tradeoffs. Work with the Head of Design to prioritize work across related product areas. Lead research planning, customer interviews, and usability testing in partnership with CX. Synthesize and share findings to guide product priorities and improve shipped experiences. Deconstruct and simplify complex, multi-step workflows, ensuring digital products remain intuitive, accessible, and easy for church staff and members to learn and use. Apply and evolve shared components and UX patterns with the design team to create consistent experiences across web and mobile.
