POSITION SUMMARY The Global Market Engagement Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting provider market engagement activities that strengthen collaboration between the Health Organization and Commercial teams across Cigna Healthcare International Health. The role supports client retention, sales enablement, market differentiation, provider value communication, and organizational growth through the delivery of provider-commercial engagement initiatives, strategic projects, reporting, communications, and stakeholder support activities. Working across Commercial, Network, Clinical, Provider Services Organization (PSO), Payment Integrity, Data & Analytics, Medical Economics, Technology, and Strategy & Transformation teams, the Global Market Engagement Senior Analyst partners with stakeholders to develop materials, insights, communications, presentations, reporting, and solutions that support business growth, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. The role serves as a key contributor to Market Engagement activities globally and may have primary responsibility for supporting specific Books of Business, geographic regions, strategic accounts, client initiatives, client segments, provider-related projects, or commercial support activities as assigned, acting as the primary point of coordination and subject matter expert for assigned areas of responsibility.
