Location: Remote — U.S.-based Employment Type: Contract / Project-Based Project: Anticipated University Digital Accessibility Remediation Contract — Contingent Upon Award Position Summary TestPros is seeking an experienced Digital Accessibility Project Manager to lead document accessibility remediation projects supporting a large university environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing digital accessibility programs for universities, colleges, government agencies, or other large organizations, including multiple stakeholders, high-volume document remediation, and WCAG/ADA compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage university-wide document accessibility remediation projects. Serve as the dedicated point of contact for university departments. Coordinate remediation of PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and academic documents. Oversee staffing, production schedules, project intake, priorities, and deadlines. Monitor quality, SLAs, turnaround times, and acceptance requirements. Coordinate accessibility specialists, QA testers, and subcontractors. Provide weekly project updates and quarterly performance reports. Manage escalations, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication. Re
