Your Opportunity We are hiring a Clinical Capacity & Workforce Planning Lead to ensure we always have enough licensed, credentialed providers in the right states to meet patient demand and support our growth. Within Clinical Operations, you’ll own provider supply strategy across all 50 states, translating growth plans into provider needs so new providers are recruited, licensed, credentialed, and onboarded before demand arrives, not after patients are already waiting.
