Project Coordinator – CMMC & Cybersecurity Department: Project Management / Service Delivery Reports To: Project Manager Position Type: Full-Time Location: Remote – US Based Required Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Management and Service Delivery teams in an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment, with a focus on cybersecurity and CMMC-related projects for defense contractors and organizations within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, assigning work, scheduling resources, monitoring task progress, and maintaining visibility into project status across multiple client engagements. Experience supporting defense-sector clients and coordinating work tied to CMMC requirements is required. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and understands the importance of accurate documentation, clear ownership, and timely execution in security and compliance projects. This position serves as a key liaison among the Project Manager, technical resources, compliance stakeholders, and service delivery teams to ensure work is properly assigned, scheduled, tracked, and completed on time.
