About the role We're looking for a senior strategist to lead website, mobile app and sales enablement strategy for a national, multi-location consumer services brand. You'll run discovery and research, define the experience vision, and build a unified web and app roadmap that ties every recommendation to conversion, retention and revenue. You'll present directly to senior client stakeholders and hand off a roadmap our design and development teams can build from. This is a hands-on, senior role. You'll own the thinking and the deliverables, working alongside our paid media, analytics, UX and engineering teams.
