Systems Trainer (Flexible Location, -, United Kingdom)

Job Role Join Seetec as a Systems Trainer and help colleagues get the most from our core case management system. Reporting to the Head of Applications, you’ll take ownership of systems training and user guidance, helping new starters, existing colleagues and managers use our system confidently, correctly and consistently. From engaging live sessions to clear user guides and short videos, your work will help colleagues become productive sooner, reduce avoidable support queries and improve data quality. You’ll initially focus on our core case management system, with scope to support other systems in the future and work with developers on an in-app help centre. You’ll be a patient, approachable trainer who puts users first and makes technical information easy to understand. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Experience delivering software or systems training to adult learners, both online and in person. Experience creating user guides, FAQs or other end-user documentation, using clear, plain English for non-technical audiences. Experience supporting users through system changes or new releases. In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £40,000- £42,000 p.a .
