Project Title: ProFuture - 336853 Call Code: PEO/431/PEO_P2/OP4/ESO4.1/PEO_A47 Project Leader: SC Sales Consulting SRL Project Start Date: 01.06.2025 Project End Date: 31.05.2028 Call Title: Active employment measures for young people, including NEET youth - Less developed regions Project Objectives: OS1 - Ensuring a package of relevant activities for the future target group of the project by conducting a needs analysis at the level of the labor market, employers, and potential target group by the date of submitting the financing application. OS2 - Providing activation measures and increasing access to the labor market for 280 young people under 30 years old through their participation in information and professional counseling sessions and job mediation for a period of 36 months. OS3 - Improving access to the labor market for 280 young people under 30 years old through their participation in training programs for Project Manager, Human Resources Referent, Communication Skills, and Competences.
