Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role will play a key part in converting applicants into scheduled interviews, conducting high-volume outreach, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to convert job applications into scheduled interviews. Conduct a high volume of interviews to assess candidates. Extend offers to qualified candidates and explain the onboarding process. Respond to internal recruitment-related inquiries and escalate as necessary.
