The Director, IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for leading a team of business systems analysts to align IT initiatives with business objectives. This role involves overseeing the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems, ensuring that solutions meet the organization’s needs. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to drive process improvements and technology enhancements that support strategic goals.
