Remote Patient Scheduling Specialist

In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients scheduling important medical imaging appointments, providing a professional, compassionate, and efficient experience from start to finish. What You'll Do As part of our scheduling team, you will: Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidently Make outbound calls when follow-up is required Respond to patient inquiries via email Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Verify and update patient information accurately Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal teams Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately Deliver an exceptional patient experience on every interaction Contract & Compensation $5.50 USD per hour Paid weekly in arrears Independent contractor position Schedule Monday through Friday Weekends off Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) Training Your onboarding includes: Two weeks of paid product training One week of nesting w
