The Role At Renewed Vision , engineers with different specialties work together to build products that help people create exceptional live experiences. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll focus on the web applications and services that connect customers to our products—including accounts, commerce, licensing, entitlements, and customer-facing experiences. We embrace new technologies when they help us move faster and build better products, not simply because they're new. Our engineering workflow is AI-first , moving from product direction in Notion to execution in Linear, agent-assisted development, and AI-powered code review. We believe these tools create tremendous leverage, but strong engineering judgment, quality, and accountability remain essential.
