About the Role The Associate Director IT Governance leads the Governance function, ensuring transparent, data-driven steering of the IT portfolio, financials, and performance across all domains and functions. The role owns the Governance operating model across Portfolio Management, Performance & Insights, and Financials & Analytics, providing consistent standards and structures for effective IT investment and delivery decisions. Leading a team of 10, the role ensures reliable performance insights, effective governance cycles, and continuous improvement of governance maturity. Success is reflected in transparent and evidence-based decision-making, consistent governance adoption, and reliable portfolio, financial, and operational performance insights.
