Determines how communication, education and outreach activity plans should be executed to provide information and awareness and shapes plans to reach target markets and stakeholder populations. Applies broad knowledge of Medicaid and the healthcare industry. Responsibilities Oversees the design and implementation of outreach education and activities in consultation with the Minnesota Department of Human Services, vendors, and stakeholders. Researches, develops and maintains materials for education and outreach activities including Training Plans, Provider Welcome Packets, and Provider Manuals. Assists outreach team with the development of training programs, including materials and delivery venue(s) suitable for the given topic and audiences that includes local live seminars, recorded seminars, e-learning (computer-based training) services. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each education and outreach activity/session conducted. Maintain comprehensive education and outreach registration and attendance records.
