Director of Clinical Transformation

We’re hiring our first Director of Clinical Transformation to lead customers from signed contracts through successful launch and early adoption. You will own the customer onboarding experience from kickoff through implementation and launch. You will collaborate closely with our customers to understand their clinical operations workflows and how they are transformed by adopting Predoc’s product suite. You’ll lead with curiosity and execute with urgency and rigor. You’ll be a trusted liaison between our customers and Predoc, leading cross-functional teams and creating accountability across stakeholders who may not report to you. You’ll build durable customer relationships while keeping implementations focused, pragmatic, and moving forward. You know what’s possible, you’re not afraid to break down complex problems and roll up your sleeves, and you do so strategically. You’ll be comfortable working deeply with an individual customer while also thinking strategically about how to improve Predoc’s partnership operations, implementation process, and ability to launch customers quickly and successfully.
