This is a specialized construction operations role—not a general administrative position. You’ll be responsible for: AIA billing (G702/G703) Schedule of Values (SOV) management Construction contracts Bonding coordination Project documentation Billing compliance We’re looking for someone who has supported U.S.-based commercial construction projects remotely and has hands-on experience managing payment applications, retainage, contract administration, and bonding requirements. What You’ll Own AIA Billing & Project Administration Prepare and submit AIA billing packages using: G702 G703 Maintain and update Schedule of Values (SOV) across active projects.
