About the Role We seek a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in growing our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. The BDR will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers, ensuring a robust sales pipeline for our account executives. This role is critical in driving initial interest, understanding customer needs, and positioning our solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities Place outbound phone calls to prospective HME suppliers. Nurture new marketing leads by educating them on the benefits of Parachute and ultimately transferring them to an Account Executive to support our HME supplier expansion. Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects through cold calling, follow-up calls, and emails.
