Senior Business Analyst

Role Purpose The Senior Business Analyst provides expert business analysis across products and client projects throughout the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring business needs, processes, and requirements are understood, clearly documented, and effectively delivered. Combining hands-on analysis with people leadership, they lead larger and more complex projects independently, set the standard for analysis practice across the wider team, and work with the Product Manager to shape the future direction of the product. The role includes leading requirements elicitation and analysis, quality-assuring the outputs of the wider analysis team, and guiding both the team and stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business objectives and comply with company, industry, and regulatory standards. The Senior Business Analyst may also build the capability of the team through mentoring and coaching, and works across multiple product areas.
