In this role, you will handle written customer inquiries and assist with administrative tasks related to orders, returns, and warehouse communication. Prior experience with Shopify and Resolvia is a big plus! This position is fully remote and exclusively open to applicants residing in Turkey. 📍 About the Role Position: German-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) – Part-time Location: 100% Remote – exclusively for candidates residing in Turkey Working Model: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (20 hours per week) Perspective: Opportunity to increase daily working hours to 6 hours (30 hours per week) if needed Flexible Working Hours: Exact working hours can be arranged flexibly in coordination with supervisors Communication Channel: Email support only – no telephony Industry: Fashion / E-commerce Equipment: BYOD (own laptop/computer, ideally a second monitor, stable internet connection, and a quiet home office workspace) 💻 Your Responsibilities
