About the Role We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Revenue Mgmt Services to join our Revenue Management Services team. In this role, you will lead our Medicaid operations team and serve as the go-to subject matter expert on Medicaid processing and contracting. You will work closely with clients, product teams, and GP Pricing and GTN colleagues to help Model N deliver accurate, compliant rebate management at scale. You will drive best in class processes, efficiencies and ensure client retention and partnership. This role matters because Medicaid rebates carry real financial and compliance weight for our clients. The accuracy and timeliness of this work affects their savings and their standing with state agencies. Key Responsibilities Set and lead department standard operating procedures and business processes, ensuring department compliance Direct the review and approval of Medicaid rebate deliverables so clients receive accurate, compliant results
