As part of the Complex Claims team, you will, as a Document Specialist, play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining document workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal procedures. This position involves processing and quality-checking documents, reviewing and organizing incoming claims, and ensuring proper routing and status assignment. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to maintain import queues, reconcile balances, validate charges, and address errors.
