THE ROLE Every advisor’s Ambra story starts with a conversation, and you will have most of them. This is a new role at the heart of our growth: you will source high-potential luxury advisors, both seasoned professionals and talented people new to the industry, and then personally guide them from “yes” to their first bookings. You will help design how we source as much as you run it. We are building something new, so you’ll be hands-on in the CRM one hour, on stage at an industry event the next, and on a coaching call with a brand-new advisor by the afternoon. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Sourcing Build and work the pipeline. Identify, engage and convert high-potential advisors through referrals, supplier and Virtuoso relationships, social, events and our lifestyle brand alliances. Lead the conversation. Own discovery and fit conversations end to end, from first touch to signed affiliation, and represent the Ambra value proposition with clar
