THE PARTNER COMPANY We are recruiting for one of our partners, a growing company based in France that operates a network of boutiques, a fragrance business, an online sales activity, and a wholesale (B2B) activity, alongside project works and fit-out initiatives linked to its development. To strengthen its performance management, our partner is creating a Management Controller position, to be performed remotely from Dakar, Casablanca, or Marrakech, in direct liaison with management in France. THE POSITION You are management's eyes on the numbers. Your role: know day after day which boutique, which product, and which channel is making or losing money, identify unnecessary expenses, and propose concrete actions. We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision: we are looking for a junior yet operational profile, capable of working independently, sourcing information directly, and reporting clearly and regularly.
