What are we looking for? We are looking for a Java Backend Tech Lead with a strong software engineering foundation and the ability to define technical solutions, drive best practices, and support the team in building high-quality products. Requirements Experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical profile with leadership responsibilities. Extensive experience in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data). Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and hexagonal architecture. Experience designing APIs using an API First approach (OpenAPI/Swagger). Solid knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, and TDD. Experience with Kafka and messaging platforms. Knowledge of event-driven architectures. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD environments. Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
