PaleoHacks - Performance Creative Producer

Build a creator partnerships program for a leading wellness brand. Work with influencers, negotiate deals and turn content into ads. Remote | Full-time | Reports to Head of Growth PaleoHacks is one of the largest wellness platforms online, dedicated to helping people live healthier lives through paleo and keto nutrition. From cookbooks and meal plans to recipes and practical tips, we've supported millions on their health journeys. We're a remote-first company with a small, talented team of 16 full-time team members spread across the globe. With five growing brands under our umbrella, we're now doubling down on data because better reporting leads to better decisions and even bigger growth. We're looking for a Performance Creative Producer. We need someone who enjoys being the operational quarterback of the creative process: organizing people and assets, maintaining momentum, and ensuring strong ideas become finished ads that are ready to test. You'll own the day-to-day production of paid-media creative across our portfolio of consumer brands, turning approved concepts, scripts and testing priorities into launch-ready advertisements for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. 📋 Turn approved concepts and scripts into clear, production-ready creative briefs ✏️ Gather and organize raw footage, product imagery, testimonials, UGC, b-roll, graphics, voiceovers and other required assets 🤝 Coordinate projects across the growth team, copywriters, video editors, designers, creators and freelancers
