Engineering Manager – Design & Configuration

Jabil is seeking a collaborative and technically experienced Engineering Manager – Design & Configuration to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the design, release, configuration and lifecycle management of complex power, cooling and data center infrastructure products. The team includes experienced and lead-level contributors across mechanical design, electrical design, CAD, PLM/configuration, and related disciplines. The manager owns people leadership, priorities, resource planning and execution accountability while partnering with technical leads who retain discipline-specific technical ownership. This role supports both mature products and design-partner engagements where requirements, interfaces, and configurations may evolve. Success requires balancing technical risk, workload, and program priorities while maintaining disciplined CAD, BOM, PLM, change-control, baselining and release practices. What will you do?
