About the Role: The Implementation Specialist II is responsible for leading complex software implementation projects for new and existing customers. This role serves as the primary implementation consultant, driving successful onboarding, configuration, training, adoption, and customer readiness while managing multiple concurrent projects. As an experienced implementation professional, the Implementation Specialist II operates independently, serves as a subject matter expert on assigned products, mentors junior team members, and partners cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will: Lead medium to large-scale implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and customer handoff. Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining quality and timeline commitments. Serve as the primary customer advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. Configure software solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives. Independently deliver virtual and onsite training programs. Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies. Partner with Support, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
