The Network Engineering Manager (AI HPC) leads our US network engineering team: around 10-20 engineers who design, build and run the high-performance networks behind our AI data centers. You will be accountable for what the team delivers across our US sites and for how the team grows. That means hiring well, developing every engineer, and building the standards and habits that let us bring new GPU capacity online quickly and reliably. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You need to hold your own in a fabric design review or a difficult troubleshooting call, but you will be measured mainly by the strength of the team you build and the engineers you develop.
