Who you are The ideal candidate combines hands-on recruiting experience in U.S.-aligned or night-shift hiring environments with practical knowledge of Philippine employment practices and HR operations. This individual will provide local insight and responsive employee support, assist with U.S. HR administration as capacity allows, and serve as a trained backup for designated HR responsibilities.
