Senior Account Lead & Digital Strategist

As a Senior Account Lead & Digital Strategist at Interactive Strategies , you'll lead website experiences for mission-driven organizations making a true impact in the world. You'll partner with some of the largest and most influential nonprofits and associations in the country, organizations advancing health, serving veterans, protecting wildlife, and preserving our planet. You'll own a portfolio of client relationships and act as the strategic lead for each client's website. You'll bring the big idea and guide the client through every strategic decision it takes to bring it to life, in partnership with the project manager. On a new website build, you're responsible for leading discovery research and developing the information architecture. After launch, you're a client's digital guide for ongoing improvements, including how AI is changing the way their audiences find and use their site. This role is built for people whose experience centers on website redesigns, UX, and ongoing site management.
