Position Summary The Sales Manager leads commercial growth and market development across the Central & Eastern Europe territory. This role is accountable for building and executing the regional sales strategy, delivering profitable revenue growth, strengthening customer and channel relationships, expanding the opportunity pipeline, and increasing Anderson Power Products' position in priority industrial and electrification markets. The Sales Manager provides day-to-day leadership for the regional sales effort, coordinates direct and indirect routes to market, and works closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, and global commercial teams.
