We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support Product Owners and delivery teams in defining, refining, and managing Salesforce requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. This individual will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered with clearly defined requirements and acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Salesforce implementations, managing Agile delivery processes, and owning user stories from initial requirements gathering through development, testing, UAT, and production deployment. You will be working on a mission-critical software program whose goal is to consolidate, modernize, and enhance a suite of applications supporting Medicaid operations.
