UKG Senior Telestaff Solution Consultant

Overview HRchitect is looking for talented, passionate professionals with UKG experience for contract opportunities. The Senior Telestaff Solution Consultant is an experienced individual who has an in-depth understanding of the UKG TeleStaff Cloud solution, as well as public sector industry knowledge and best practices. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution. This position is a contractor role. Responsibilities Architect the design of the application Utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. Be a Mentor to your peers. Responsible for the quality delivery of all things TeleStaff for the practice. Work with leadership team, alongside UKG, to ensure the latest technological/product enhancements and tools are leverage where applicable. Solid understanding of UKG modules Perform current business process/rules analysis. Collaborate with teammates with various skill sets to design and deliver a seamless UKG solution. Use professional concepts and tools to implement software in various environments. Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features, best practices, and system processes and procedures. Conduct necessary application research, support the creation of testing scenarios and provide testing support.
