Highstreet IT is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong functional consultant who can lead solution design, engage with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Expenses (EXP), and General Ledger (GL), along with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to the growth of Highstreet IT's Oracle Finance practice. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Finance modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Expenses (EXP), and General Ledger (GL), and design scalable, optimized solutions aligned with Oracle and industry best practices. • Drive project cadence meetings, stakeholder discussions, solution configuration, prepare Lean specifications, perform Functional Unit Testing (FUT), and validate business solutions. • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud Finance solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and finance process
