This senior leadership role is accountable for defining and delivering the Central Europe SMB solutions strategy across Joint Venture partnerships. You will work through influence across a complex partner ecosystem, aligning Global Payments , JV partners, EU market leadership, and global product and technology teams around clear priorities, funded roadmaps, and sustainable commercial outcomes. What you’ll own Define and lead the Central Europe SMB solutions strategy across Joint Venture partnerships, translating customer needs, market insights, competitive trends, and platform opportunities into a clear 3 to 5-year product vision that supports sustainable growth across the region. Establish and drive strong governance frameworks across Global Payments and JV partners, ensuring alignment on product priorities, investment decisions, roadmap execution, funding models, and expected business outcomes.
